Actually that module ('account_check_printing') is not needed.
I can guarantee you all Payment records have a Payment Method set to them so the error message is not true.
Please keep this ticket open as we're going to test the successful upgraded database.
Once done I let you know so this ticket can be closed.

Hello Aires,
There can be two reasons for successful migration of request.
1) Blocking issue is resolved by our team in standard upgrade scripts, so request was done successfully.
or 2) Ineed the issue is generating from model account_check_printing and migration gets done.
please create one more request without uninstalling the module. If it fails. Our team will check and solve issue.
You can reply me here also.
PS: From the error it seems like issue with the configuration of payments/payment methods in production.
